Creighton Economics Professor Dr. Ernie Goss: “Casino Gambling States Spent More, Taxed More, with Slower Growth”

NATIONAL GAMBLING IMPACT STUDY COMMISSION FINAL REPORT

Here are the RECOMMENDATIONS from the Commission.  Please note that there were gambling interests on this Commission who agreed that there should be a MORATORIUM. However, we are still waiting. Instead, “legalized” bookies spread their operations like kudzu.  It is NOT too late to implement a MORATORIUM.  In order to “legalize” these economic drains, governments had to REPEAL bans on gambling.

Gambling breeds greed and greed breeds CORRUPTION.    With the introduction of legalized casinos, the FBI’s Boston office is VERY concerned about corruption.   They are taking several steps to make it easy for the public to report.
